Baby Chic...

I'm feeling a little bit better and thank you all for your kind well wishes. You guys are so sweet! 

I'm popping in on this Thursday night to share a simple card I made for a friend of mine.  She's about to be a Grandma and let's just say, it's been an adjustment. :-D  I thought I would make her a card congratulating her on the little bundle of joy coming her way, but keep it a little chic and sassy like her. 

The patterned paper is Recollection's Damask and Dots, the stamp is from an older stamp set given to me by a close crafty friend.  I'm sorry I don't know the set it came from. If know know the name of the set, feel free to leave it in the comments so we'll all know.

I added a little satin ribbon and used my bow maker for the bow.(not sure I got the technique down yet).  I added a few basic pearls from Stampin Up to fancy-it-up a bit.

The pink paper is from JoAnn not sure of the exact color name or brand.  I purchased it for a different project and didn't use it and since I've been trying to use more of what I already have, I've been pulling out stamps, markers, embellishments that I've rarely or never used.

I hope you enjoyed my simple, but chic congrats/welcome baby card.  I'm off to get some rest.
